Work experience from 2009 to 2023. Independently created brand Caballe.M Organic Skin Spa. A native of Penang, Malaysia, I have had a strong interest and talent in the beauty industry since I was a child. When I was 4 years old, I helped my classmates tie their hair in the nursery. She started to be exposed to the beauty industry at the age of 15 and worked as an apprentice in a relative’s beauty salon. At the age of 18, I went to Bandar Seri Begawan in Brunei to work for 5 years. During this period, I once helped royal members with facial care. At the age of 24, I chose to work in a well-known chain of beauty salons in Singapore. I learned the principle of service first here. At the age of 27, he switched jobs to an international brand beauty salon as a store manager. Learned about personnel and store management. The 29-year-old is inconvenient to go out to work due to the COVID epidemic and early pregnancy. Instead, choose to start doing live beauty treatments at home. The professional beauty techniques accumulated over the years have created a very good reputation. Caballe has never spent a penny on advertising. Based solely on word-of-mouth referrals from customers, we have accumulated 300 customers in one year. I have been running a small business at home for nearly 2 years. The first new store opened at the age of 31. Caballe, who is very popular, opened the new store. I received so many flower baskets that day that they were placed outside the store. In just three months since its opening, the number of customers has reached 1,000, all of which rely on person-to-person transmission. In just a short time since starting the business, we have become familiar with the latest technology in the beauty industry and have a team with advanced service.
